Black Sesame Chicken Wings


  • ½ cup Springmount Fine Foods Black Sesame Sauce

  • 1 ½ kg free range chicken wings

  • Optional: Black sesame seeds and chilli to serve


  • In a bowl, add chicken wings and ¼ cup of sauce and massage until the wings are completely covered. Allow to marinade 2 for hours in the fridge.

  • Preheat the oven to 150c fan forced.

  • Once marinated, place the chicken wings skin side down in a large baking tray.

  • Cook the chicken wings for an hour, and then flip each piece over so the skin is facing up.

  • Drizzle in remaining Black Sesame Sauce and crank the oven to 200c.

  • Cook for another 20 minutes, or until sticky and caramelised.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
