Premium Australian Black Garlic

Black Garlic happens to be one of the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen. With it's complex umami flavour it brings a whole new level of wow to almost every dish. It is best not to cook it down at the beginning of the cook as you would fresh garlic, as Black Garlic is mild and can be over powered. Instead, finely slice the cloves and use as a finishing touch on pasta, risottos or salads. Chop it into small chunks and fold it through some softened butter and then top it on a sizzling eye fillet. And for the more adventurous eaters, Black Garlic is heaven when paired with dark chocolate!
