Black Garlic is fresh garlic that has been patiently aged in an oven for 40 days. This creates a sweet yet savoury complex flavour and soft caramelised texture that is similar to a dried fruit.  It is a fantastic addition to any cheese platter, served on a sizzling steak, scattered over grilled tomatoes or sauteed with mushrooms.  It even pairs well with dark chocolate!
