Spiced Pear Chai Latte

Spiced Pear Chai Latte


  • 2 cups of desired milk (we recommend full cream milk for a creamier latte)

  • 3 tsp Springmount Fine Foods Spiced Pear Paste

  • 1 black tea bag (or 2 grams of loose-leaf black tea)

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • Optional: Star anise and/or cinnamon stick to serve


  • In a saucepan bring the milk to a simmer over low medium heat.

  • Once the milk is hot, add the tea bag and allow the tea to steep for 2 – 4 minutes, depending on your desired strength of tea.

  • Remove tea bag and stir in the Spiced Pear Paste.

  • Once dissolved sprinkle in your cinnamon and nutmeg and serve hot. Enjoy!

  • Optional: Add star anise and/or cinnamon stick to serve for a totally Instagramable cuppa!
