Black Garlic Pineapple Bacon Bites


  • 100g bacon slices

  • Tinned pineapple chunks

  • 2 tbsp Black Garlic Drizzle


  • On a chopping board lay out the slices of the bacon. On the edge of each slice, add a piece of pineapple. 

  • Carefully roll the bacon around the pineapple and secure with a toothpick.

  • In a cold saucepan add the bacon rolls and turn the stove on to medium high heat. Cook the bacon until crispy and brown and then flip to cook the other side. 

  • Once cooked add the Black Garlic Drizzle and coat the bacon bits, turning them over. Continue to cook for a couple of minutes until the drizzle has fully coated them and thickened. Then remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
