Roasted Tomatoes

Black Garlic Tomatoes


  • 4 large tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Handful of basil leaves

  • 2 sprigs of thyme

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 4 cloves of Black Garlic, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Black Garlic Drizzle

  • Salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Slice the tomatoes into thick slices. Place them in a roasting dish, and cover with the oil and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, and add the cloves of garlic. 

  • Cook the tomatoes for 45 minutes, or until soft. Temporarily remove the roasting dish from the oven and place in the Black Garlic cloves, and Black Garlic Drizzle. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes and then remove and serve. Enjoy!
