Springmount Fine Foods is located in the picturesque Daylesford region of Central Victoria where the soils are rich and fertile and the views are magnificent.  We are a family business with a passion to create a range of gourmet products with unique flavour combinations to share with all the lovers of fine foods.  We use the freshest garlic grown here on our property, along with other premium ingredients sourced from the local farmers.   Each product is handcrafted in small batches so that you can be assured of the highest quality.

The highlight of our range is our multi award winning premium Australian Black Garlic.  With its sweet yet savoury complex flavour and soft caramelised texture, it is the perfect addition to any cheese board, meat, tomato or mushroom dish.  It even pairs beautifully with dark chocolate.
